How do I know my order has been placed?Once an order has been placed with us, you will receive several notifications by e-mail. The first will confirm that your order has been placed. This e-mail will include your order number and order details. It will also include your shipping and billing information. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail once your order ships. Note: You will also be notified of any delay that affects your order in any way. We take pride in our ability to provide quick, efficient and direct shipping services to our customers. On very rare occasions a problem may occur with the delivery of a package. If for some reason you do not receive your order within the given window of time, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will make sure any problem is taken care of immediately.
